Lisa has facilitated groups for 14 years using her academic knowledge and research in workplace wellbeing to offer practical psychological strategies for stressing less. She has trained as a psychologist and a coach and has found that both of these disciplines allow her to connect with people at a much deeper level.
Educated in England, Lisa holds a Master’s of Science in Applied Psychology, which focused on the principles of health and organisational Psychology. She has completed an advanced diploma in life coaching and is a qualified teacher. Lisa has been published in a number of corporate journals and writes a regular blog titled 'be informed, be inspired'.

When you perceive a threat, your nervous system responds by releasing a flood of stress hormones, including adrenaline and cortisol. These chemicals rouse the body for emergency action. Your heart pounds faster, muscles tighten, blood pressure rises, breath quickens, and your senses become sharper.
